SAFETY POLICY

Bryant Electric Ltd. is committed to providing and maintaining a safe & healthy workplace for its employees.

Bryant Electric Ltd.’s objective is to provide quality service while preventing accidental injury to people and damage to property and equipment.  To meet this goal, all employees are expected to fulfill their safety responsibilities and to follow our company safety manual.

Management personnel are responsible for the health and safety of their people and the safeness of the workplace under their control.  All Management personnel are accountable for their decisions, actions and results.  Management shall endorse and support Bryant Electric Ltd.’s Health and Safety Program and ensure that all employees are informed of what is expected of them regarding health and safety.

Supervisors are responsible and accountable for the health and safety of workers assigned to them, and for the safeness of the assigned work area.  Supervisors shall ensure that workers are properly instructed to do their jobs safely and that they comply with all applicable rules, regulations and practices.

Workers, as a condition of their employment, shall observe all safety rules and regulations and conduct themselves in a manner which does not endanger the well being of themselves, others or property.

Bryant Electric Ltd.’s Health and Safety Program is designed in the best interest of all personnel, visitors and customers.  Bryant Electric Ltd. insists on a dedicated participation in its requirements.
